Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to continue providing stable dividend payments to shareholders. From the fiscal year ending March 2026 onwards, we aim to maintain a consolidated payout ratio of approximately 40%. Dividends will be paid once per year as a year-end dividend. We will use retained earnings to support profit growth across group companies, respond to changes in the business environment, and strengthen our financial position.</p>
