Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to provide stable dividend increases in line with business performance, with a target dividend payout ratio of 30%. We pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. Retained earnings are allocated to capital expenditures and research and development investments. Regarding share buybacks, we will appropriately implement them as a means of returning profits to shareholders, taking into consideration stock price trends and our financial condition.</p>
