<p>Our basic policy is to continue providing stable dividends that reflect our earnings performance, while strengthening our financial foundation through adequate shareholder capital, and working toward long-term stable profit returns to shareholders. Dividends from retained earnings are paid once annually as a year-end dividend as a general rule. We will effectively allocate retained funds toward capital investments, research and development activities, and strengthening our overseas business operations to support future business growth.</p>
