<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company is currently in a growth phase and views strengthening its financial position, expanding its business, and securing competitiveness as key management priorities. While recognizing the importance of returning profits to shareholders, the Company believes that building up internal reserves and pursuing business expansion will ultimately deliver the greatest returns to shareholders at this stage. Therefore, the timing and implementation of future dividends remain undecided. However, if the profit targets in the Company's medium-term management plan through the fiscal year ending March 2026 are expected to be achieved, the Company will consider implementing dividends during that planning period.The Company intends to allocate retained earnings toward working capital for further business expansion and investments in recruiting and developing human resources.When distributing surplus earnings, the Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per year through year-end dividends based on shareholder meeting resolutions. However, the Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with a record date of September 30 each year by board resolution, in accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act. The Company will consider implementing interim dividends as well, taking into account business performance trends.

Our basic policy is that strengthening internal reserves and pursuing business expansion will deliver the greatest returns to shareholders. Under our medium-term management plan with a final year of March 2026, we will consider implementing dividends if profit targets are achieved as expected. When dividends are implemented, we will make year-end dividends our standard practice, while also considering interim dividends based on business performance trends.
