Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends based on business performance. We maintain a consolidated payout ratio of 60% or higher and will introduce progressive dividends during the current medium-term management plan period. We pay dividends twice a year—interim and year-end dividends. We plan to use retained earnings to prepare for future business development and to fund various investments aligned with our business strategy.</p>
