<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, the Company is currently in a growth stage, and we believe that the greatest benefit to shareholders comes from strengthening internal reserves, stabilizing and diversifying our revenue base, and allocating these resources to new investments to further expand our business.
Based on these considerations, the Company has not paid dividends since its founding and intends to continue prioritizing the buildup of internal reserves in the near term. We plan to make effective use of these retained earnings for further business growth, including system expansion and improvements, and securing talented personnel.
In the future, while strengthening profitability and establishing a solid business foundation, we intend to implement stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders, taking into account the status of internal reserves and the business environment surrounding the Company. However, at this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.
The Board of Directors has authority to decide on dividend distributions. The Company's articles of incorporation establish the record date for year-end dividends as January 31 each year and the record date for interim dividends as July 31 each year, and also provide for the possibility of setting separate record dates for dividend distributions.

Since the company is currently in a growth stage, we plan to forgo dividends for the time being and strengthen internal reserves. We will allocate these reserves to system expansion and improvement, as well as securing talent, in order to drive business expansion. In the future, as our earnings capacity strengthens and our business foundation develops, we intend to implement stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders.
