<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our group recognizes that to maximize shareholder value, fostering future business growth and maintaining a stable financial foundation over the long term are among the most critical management priorities. To achieve this, we believe it is important to build up retained earnings. Accordingly, since our founding and including the current fiscal year, we have not paid dividends.
Regarding future dividend distributions to shareholders, we will consider them comprehensively in light of business performance trends, financial condition, and future business and investment plans, while maintaining a balance with retained earnings. However, the feasibility and timing of any such distribution remain undetermined at this time.
We intend to use retained earnings effectively as capital for strengthening our financial position to stabilize our management foundation and for realizing continuous business development.
Regarding dividend distributions by our group, our basic policy is to pay dividends once annually as a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting, and interim dividends are determined by the board of directors. Our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with June 30 as the reference date, subject to board of directors resolution.

The Company has not paid dividends to date. Regarding future dividend payments, the Company will consider them comprehensively in light of business performance trends, financial condition, and capital investment plans, while maintaining an appropriate balance with retained earnings. However, the feasibility and timing of dividend implementation remain undetermined. Should dividends be implemented, the basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the fiscal period. Retained earnings will be allocated to strengthen the financial position and fund business development.
