<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends with an annual dividend per share of at least 50 yen, targeting approximately 30% of net income attributable to parent company shareholders. We will actively acquire treasury stock as appropriate to enhance shareholder value and improve capital efficiency. Retained earnings will be allocated to strategic investments in equipment, human resources, and research for new product development, as well as to strengthen our financial position over the medium to long term.</p>
