<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic dividend policy is to return profits to shareholders in line with earnings performance, which we consider an important management principle. However, we currently face an extremely challenging business environment. Private sector capital investment remains subdued, and in our small-scale industry, intensifying competition for orders shows no signs of abating.
Under these circumstances, we have continued to incur operating losses. Regrettably, we have decided not to pay a dividend for the current fiscal period.
Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is determined by the board of directors.
As stated above, our articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may declare an interim dividend with September 30 as the record date each year.

Our basic dividend policy positions profit returns that correspond to our earnings performance as an important management principle. We distribute dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividends as our standard practice, with the year-end dividend decided by the shareholders' meeting and the interim dividend decided by the board of directors.
