<p>Our basic policy is to return the results of our business operations to shareholders in a clear and tangible manner. We incorporate the concept of stable dividends and determine dividend payments by taking into account our earnings forecasts for the current and future periods. We distribute surplus earnings twice annually as a fundamental policy: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We actively allocate retained earnings for capital investments in production facilities, research and development, information technology, and the creation of new businesses.</p>
