<p>Our basic policy is to continue providing stable dividends with a consolidated dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%, taking into account our business performance and financial condition. We distribute dividends once a year as a year-end dividend, and our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends. While securing necessary retained earnings to strengthen our management foundation and support future business development, we position returning profits to shareholders as an important policy.</p>
