<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. While operating in a rapidly changing business environment, we are committed to maintaining a stable financial foundation and improving return on equity. Our basic policy is to continue paying stable dividends in line with business performance.
In the current period, although we secured net income on a consolidated basis, we will continue to pay no dividend in order to strengthen our financial foundation and build up internal reserves for investment in growth areas. We aim to establish a revenue base for sustainable growth at an early stage and resume dividend payments.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per year as a year-end dividend. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends with a record date of September 30 each year may be paid by Board of Directors resolution.

We aim to strengthen our financial foundation and invest in growth areas by building up internal reserves, thereby establishing a revenue base for sustainable growth and working toward increased dividends.
