<p>Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous dividends by comprehensively considering business performance and dividend payout ratio. We principally pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, while also allowing for interim dividends. Under our medium-term management plan, we target a dividend payout ratio of 30%, while allocating resources for future research and development and other initiatives as we work to return profits to shareholders.</p>
