<p>Our basic policy is to continuously and stably return a portion of profits to shareholders. The dividend amount for each period is determined by taking into account the status of consolidated and individual retained earnings, profit performance, profit outlook for subsequent periods, and cash flow conditions. To enable flexible dividend implementation, we have established provisions in our articles of incorporation allowing dividends to be distributed by board of directors resolution, with four dividend record dates set annually.</p>
