<p>Our basic policy is to maintain and improve stable dividends, with a target dividend payout ratio of 25% or higher over the medium to long term. We pay dividends twice a year (interim and year-end). We use retained earnings to strengthen our corporate foundation and invest in future growth areas. We will also conduct share buybacks appropriately, taking into account stock price trends and our financial condition.</p>
