<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes the return of profits to shareholders as an important management priority.
For the current fiscal year, the Company recorded a loss and therefore did not pay dividends.
Going forward, the Company intends to consider profit returns to shareholders while taking into account the operating results of each fiscal year.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors. The Company's articles of incorporation provide that "the board of directors may declare an interim dividend with a record date of September 30 each year."

We adopt a performance-linked dividend policy that aims to pay dividends twice a year (interim and year-end) while considering the operating results of each fiscal year. We review profit returns to shareholders based on business performance. The year-end dividend is decided at the shareholders' meeting, and the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors.
