<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>

　The Company views the long-term and comprehensive expansion of shareholder value as a key management objective. Our basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings twice annually through interim and year-end dividends.
　The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is determined by the Board of Directors.
　Retained earnings are allocated to fund the development of new products that meet market needs, as well as to expand our service network and distribution channels.
　The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may declare an interim dividend with October 31 as the record date each year.
　For the current fiscal year, due to a net loss, we regret to inform you that the year-end dividend has been suspended.
　Regarding the next dividend, in light of the status of retained earnings available for distribution, we regret to inform you that no dividend will be paid. We are committed to resuming dividends as soon as possible and appreciate your continued support.
