<p>Our basic policy is to prioritize investments necessary for value creation from a medium to long-term perspective, and then provide stable and continuous shareholder returns based on a dividend on equity (DOE) of approximately 3%, taking into account our historical dividend track record. We implement dividends twice per year, and for surplus funds retained over the long term, we will pursue shareholder returns through flexible share buybacks.</p>
