<p>Our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends. Under our medium-term management plan, we target a dividend payout ratio of 35% or higher, with a minimum annual dividend of 70 yen. We distribute surplus earnings twice per year through interim and year-end dividends. We retain earnings to support future business development and strengthen our financial position.</p>
