<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our basic policy is to reinvest a portion of our equity capital into business operations to achieve further corporate growth and enhance shareholder value through active business expansion. Based on our three-year medium-term management plan announced on May 15, 2024, with this fiscal year as the first year, we have established as a priority the continuous review and execution of planned capital allocation and capital policies, including share buybacks. These are premised on addressing the invested capital expected to increase through organic growth, securing a risk buffer based on company-wide risk management, and reserving capital for future strategic investments.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Accordingly, regarding the year-end dividend for this fiscal year, although we have recorded net profit for the period, we will continue to pay no dividend. We prioritize maintaining a system that ensures stable earnings and achieving further business growth. We will work toward implementing shareholder returns based on appropriate financial strategies and capital policies as outlined above.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">When dividends are paid, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually, with the shareholders' meeting as the decision-making body. Our articles of incorporation also provide that the company may pay interim dividends with September 30 as the record date, based on a resolution of the board of directors.</p>

<p>Our basic policy is to use a portion of our equity capital for business investments to achieve corporate growth through aggressive business expansion. We will continue to review and implement capital policies, including share buybacks, while ensuring we can respond to organic growth opportunities and maintain adequate risk buffers. Regarding dividend distributions, we principally pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end, with interim dividends also available as needed.</p>
