<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. While strengthening our financial position and building internal reserves to prepare for future business development, we are committed to implementing stable and continuous dividend payments to shareholders once we determine that our business scale and earnings have entered a period of stable growth. For this reason, we are not currently paying dividends.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">When distributing surplus earnings as dividends, our basic policy is to conduct year-end dividends once annually based on shareholder meeting resolutions. However, we have also adopted the interim dividend system as provided in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, with the Board of Directors serving as the decision-making body for such dividends, as stipulated in our Articles of Incorporation.</p>
