<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company believes it is important to strengthen its financial position and build up internal reserves for business expansion. At the same time, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is a key management priority.
To this end, while enhancing profitability and strengthening our business foundation, we will implement stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders, taking into account the level of internal reserves and the business environment surrounding the Company. We intend to use internal reserves effectively for capital investments and efficient organizational improvements aimed at maintaining and strengthening our competitiveness and improving future profitability.
Based on this policy, no dividend will be paid for the current fiscal period.
When the Company distributes dividends, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once per year. However, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid. The decision-making body for interim dividends is the Board of Directors, and for year-end dividends is the General Meeting of Shareholders.

We aim to provide stable and continuous returns to shareholders while taking into account the status of retained earnings and the business environment. We plan to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend as our basic approach, while also maintaining the flexibility to pay interim dividends. We intend to use retained earnings for capital investments and efficient organizational improvements to enhance future earnings capacity through maintaining and strengthening our competitive position.
