<p>Our basic policy is to provide stable dividends by comprehensively considering profit levels and dividend payout ratios. We target a dividend payout ratio of 30% or higher. Until the fiscal year ending June 2025, we paid dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end. Beginning with the fiscal year ending June 2026, we will implement interim dividends and shift to paying dividends twice per year.</p>
