<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company has not paid dividends since its establishment; however, we recognize returning profits to shareholders as one of our important priorities. The Company is currently in a growth phase, and we believe that strengthening our financial position and making investments necessary for business expansion will ultimately benefit shareholders.
Going forward, we will continue to invest in business expansion and the operational infrastructure that supports it, while building up retained earnings to strengthen our financial foundation.
In the future, we intend to implement dividends after comprehensively considering business developments, financial performance, and financial condition, while balancing profit returns to shareholders with the buildup of retained earnings. However, at this time, the possibility of dividend implementation and its timing remain undetermined.
When surplus dividends are paid, our basic policy is to implement year-end dividends once annually, with the Board of Directors serving as the decision-making body. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be implemented by Board of Directors resolution.

The company is currently in a business expansion phase and has no dividend payment history. Our policy is to build up retained earnings to support business investments for medium to long-term growth and to strengthen our financial foundation. In the future, we will consider implementing dividends by comprehensively taking into account our business performance and financial condition, while balancing profit returns to shareholders with retained earnings. When dividends are paid, the basic policy is to distribute them once per year as a year-end dividend.
