<p>We position stable profit returns to shareholders as one of our important management priorities. Our basic policy is to continue paying dividends at appropriate levels by comprehensively considering each period's business performance and other factors. We fundamentally implement dividends twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. As outlined in our medium-term management policy, we will continue to enhance shareholder returns with the aim of improving our PBR (Price-to-Book Ratio).</p>
