<p>We position returning profits to shareholders as one of our top management priorities. Our basic policy is to continue stable and flexible dividend payments while strengthening our corporate foundation and building adequate internal reserves. Dividends are currently paid once annually at the fiscal year-end, but we plan to shift to semi-annual dividends beginning in the fiscal year ending September 2026. We will invest retained earnings effectively in reducing debt, improving technology, strengthening product development capabilities, and environmental investments.</p>
