<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves necessary for strengthening our financial position and supporting future business development, while continuing to pay stable dividends.
We believe we are currently in a growth phase. We consider that building up internal reserves to stabilize our management foundation, and enhancing corporate value through investments for business expansion, will ultimately provide the greatest return to our shareholders.
The timing and other details of dividend payments have not been determined at this time. We will consider these matters appropriately, taking into account our financial condition, operating results, and cash flow situation.
When we pay dividends from retained earnings, our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year—interim and year-end dividends. The Board of Directors is responsible for determining dividends. Our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may declare interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.

Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividend payments while securing internal reserves necessary for strengthening our financial position and future business development. As we are currently in a growth phase, we believe that stabilizing our management foundation through building up retained earnings and enhancing corporate value through business expansion investments represent the maximum return of profits to shareholders. When implementing dividends, our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year.
