Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to return profits to shareholders while taking into account the strengthening of internal reserves and our management foundation. We target a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%. Interim dividends are decided by the Board of Directors, and year-end dividends are decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders. Our Articles of Incorporation allow interim dividends to be approved by Board of Directors resolution.</p>
