<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain dividends at or above the previous fiscal year's level while targeting a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%. Dividends are paid once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend in principle. We plan to use retained earnings to strengthen and reinforce our management foundation, including addressing intensifying competition in the used car distribution industry and investing in systems.</p>
