However, as the Company is in a growth phase, we currently believe that allocating retained earnings to business efficiency improvements and expansion investments—and thereby pursuing further business growth—represents the maximum profit return to shareholders. Accordingly, we are not currently paying dividends. Going forward, we will consider implementing profit distributions taking into account the adequacy of retained earnings and the business environment surrounding the Company; however, the timing and feasibility of dividend implementation remain undetermined at this time. Retained earnings will be effectively deployed as investment capital for future growth, including M&A activities, investments in new business ventures, and recruitment of talented personnel to support ongoing growth.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">When dividends are paid, the basic policy is to conduct year-end dividends once annually. The Company's articles of incorporation provide for the possibility of interim dividends. Additionally, regarding surplus distributions and other matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the articles of incorporation provide that such matters shall be determined by board of directors resolution rather than shareholder meeting resolution, except where otherwise provided by law.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:15pt;"> </p>

<p>We determine our profit distribution policy by taking into account our financial condition and business performance. Currently, we are in a growth phase and do not pay dividends at this time. The possibility and timing of implementing dividends remain undecided. Should we decide to pay dividends in the future, we plan to distribute them once annually as a year-end dividend. We intend to use retained earnings for growth investments, including M&A, new business development, and talent acquisition.</p>
