<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic approach to dividend distributions is to provide stable and continuous returns to shareholders. We consider business performance and economic conditions as we work to improve profitability, strengthen our financial position, and maintain stable dividend levels.
Under Article 459 of the Companies Act, our Articles of Incorporation authorize the Board of Directors to declare dividends by resolution.
Our dividend record dates are set by our Articles of Incorporation as March 31 and September 30 each year. In addition, our Articles of Incorporation permit the Board of Directors to declare dividends with record dates other than those mentioned above.
Regarding the year-end dividend, while we were able to record profits due to gains on the sale of fixed assets being recorded as extraordinary income, we have decided to forgo the dividend this period. This decision reflects our need to secure working capital to address deteriorating operating results and to reserve funds for investment in new business initiatives.

The company aims to provide stable and continuous returns to shareholders. While considering business performance and economic conditions, it seeks to maintain a stable dividend level while pursuing revenue growth and strengthening its financial position. Dividends are paid twice annually (interim and year-end) as a standard practice, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
