<p>Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends by targeting a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30%, while taking into account business performance, investment plans, and cash flow. We pay dividends twice annually (interim and year-end), and allocate retained earnings to investments in future value-creation areas, including equipment renewal, environmental investments, growth investments, and strategic investments.</p>
