<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 18px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">The Company believes that building up internal reserves is important for strengthening its financial position toward long-term stability of its management foundation and for the continuous expansion and development of its business. Accordingly, since its establishment through the current fiscal year, the Company has not paid dividends. However, the Company recognizes maximizing shareholder value as one of its important management objectives. Regarding future dividend distributions to shareholders, the Company will consider such distributions by comprehensively taking into account business performance trends, financial condition, future business and investment plans, and other factors, while maintaining a balance with internal reserves. The Company intends to effectively utilize retained earnings as funds for strengthening its financial position toward long-term stability of its management foundation and for realizing the continuous expansion and development of its business.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 18px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">When the Company does pay dividends, it is the basic policy to limit dividend payments to once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 18px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide, pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, that the Board of Directors may resolve to pay dividends from surplus, and that the Company may pay dividends from surplus on specified record dates in addition to year-end and interim dividends.</p>

<p>The Company has not paid dividends since its establishment. Going forward, the Company will consider implementing dividends by comprehensively taking into account business performance trends, financial condition, and capital investment plans, while maintaining a balance with retained earnings. If dividends are implemented, the basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. Retained earnings will be utilized as funds for strengthening financial position and expanding business operations.</p>
