<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to maintain stable ongoing dividends while securing necessary retained earnings for future business development and strengthening our financial position. However, as of the date of this document, we are in a growth stage of our business. We believe that strengthening our financial position and building up retained earnings for business expansion—which will be used for growth investments—represents the maximum return of profits to shareholders. For this reason, we have not paid dividends since our founding. We plan to use retained earnings as a source of funds for strengthening our financial position and expanding our business.
When we do pay dividends, our basic approach is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. Our articles of incorporation also provide for the possibility of paying interim dividends once per year and setting additional record dates for dividend payments as needed.
Going forward, we intend to consider returning profits to shareholders while taking into account our operating results for each fiscal year. However, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined at this time.

Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends. However, as we are currently in a growth stage, we prioritize building up internal reserves and have not paid dividends since our founding. When we do implement dividends, we plan to pay them once annually at the fiscal year-end. Going forward, we will consider shareholder returns while taking into account our business performance.
