<p>We are committed to maintaining a dividend payout ratio on equity (DOE) of 1.5% or higher, with a basic policy target of raising this to 2.0% or above by the final year of our medium-term management plan (fiscal year ending March 2027). We pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend approved by the Board of Directors and a year-end dividend approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders. We plan to use retained earnings for investments in technology and product development, as well as global expansion.</p>
