Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends while comprehensively considering business performance and financial condition, with the aim of returning profits to shareholders through dividends and other means. We do not set a fixed number of dividend payments per year. The record date for year-end dividends is set as June 30 each year, and we may also pay interim dividends. Retained earnings are allocated to capital expenditures in future growth areas, strengthening our management foundation, and funding needs associated with business expansion.</p>
