Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to adjust dividend payments based on a target payout ratio of approximately 25%, while considering management conditions, business performance, and strengthening of our financial position to provide comprehensive returns to shareholders. We secure necessary internal reserves for capital investments in new and existing stores while pursuing long-term enhancement of corporate value. To implement our dividend policy flexibly, we have established four dividend payment dates per year.</p>
