<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>Our basic policy is to strengthen our business operations while providing shareholders with stable, continuous dividends and returning profits in accordance with our financial performance.We distribute retained earnings primarily through a year-end dividend, with the dividend decision made by the shareholders' meeting.
