<p>Our basic policy is to continue providing appropriate profit distributions backed by solid business performance. Starting with the interim dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2026, we will change our dividend payout ratio to 50% of net income attributable to parent company shareholders. We will allocate retained earnings to investments and capital contributions for business expansion, technological innovation, and strengthening the competitiveness of our corporate group, thereby improving performance and strengthening our financial position.</p>
