<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards providing stable dividends to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. Our basic policy is to continue implementing stable dividends in line with business performance while strengthening our corporate foundation and maintaining sound financial health. We also base our dividend decisions on consideration of dividend on equity (DOE).
The decision-making authority for surplus dividends is the General Meeting of Shareholders for year-end dividends and the Board of Directors for interim dividends.
Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 24, 2025, we resolved to increase the year-end dividend by 14 yen from the previous fiscal year to 49 yen per share. This decision reflects solid business performance in the current period and aims to achieve early attainment of the "DOE of 3.0%" shareholder return target outlined in our 2026 Medium-Term Management Plan. The total dividend amount is 1,396 million yen, meeting the 3.0% DOE level.
Retained earnings will be effectively utilized for research and development infrastructure, production efficiency improvements, and strengthening of our financial position.
While the Company's basic policy is to base year-end dividends on General Meeting of Shareholders resolutions, our Articles of Incorporation provide, pursuant to Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, that interim dividends may be paid to shareholders or registered pledgees of shares by Board of Directors resolution, with September 30 as the record date.
The Company is subject to consolidated dividend restrictions.

Our basic policy is to consistently pay dividends in line with business performance, with dividends determined based on dividend on equity (DOE). We have set a target DOE of 3.0% as our shareholder return policy in our medium-term business plan. We will effectively allocate retained earnings to strengthen our research and development infrastructure, improve production efficiency, and enhance our financial position.
