<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Since its establishment, the Company has recorded net losses for the period and has not paid dividends. Given the ongoing need to continue research and development activities across various research fields, the Company prioritizes securing funds and does not currently plan to pay dividends.
However, the Company recognizes that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. Should the Company achieve stable and sustainable earnings in the future, it will consider paying dividends after taking into account its financial condition and operating results.
When dividends are paid, the Company intends to distribute them once annually at the fiscal year-end, with the dividend decision made by the shareholders' meeting. The Company has also established provisions allowing the Board of Directors to declare interim dividends with June 30 as the record date each year.

We prioritize securing funds to continue research and development activities, and do not plan to pay dividends in the near term. Once we achieve stable earnings in the future, we will consider profit distributions taking into account our financial position and business performance. When dividends are implemented, we will make annual year-end dividends our standard practice, while interim dividends are also possible.
