However, the Company is currently in a stage of continuously conducting basic research, drug discovery research, and pharmaceutical development toward the market launch of cancer treatment drugs. To advance cancer precision medicine-related business, which is a particular focus at this time, the Company prioritizes securing research and development funds and maintaining internal reserves for the foreseeable future. The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for dividend distributions.
