<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">Since our listing, we have pursued a policy of "balancing high growth with high shareholder returns" and paid dividends for five consecutive fiscal years beginning in March 2020. However, three consecutive years of deteriorating business performance have made it difficult to continue this practice. To address this situation promptly, we have implemented large-scale business and asset restructuring based on a strategy of "selection and concentration" during the current fiscal year, as described above. We are prioritizing the reconstruction of a stable, profitable business structure. We will focus on repaying bank borrowings and securing internal reserves to the greatest extent possible, prioritizing the strengthening of financial soundness and laying the groundwork for sustainable future growth. Accordingly, we have decided to pay no dividend for the current fiscal year.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">We recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. Looking ahead, we will consider resuming dividends while balancing growth investments. We remain committed to pursuing appropriate capital policies that achieve both enhanced corporate value and shareholder returns.</p>

<p>Due to three consecutive years of declining performance, continuing dividends has become difficult. Our basic policy prioritizes rebuilding our business structure to enable stable profit generation. We will focus on repaying debt and building internal reserves to ensure financial soundness. Looking ahead, we aim to balance growth investments while considering the resumption of dividends, working toward both enhanced corporate value and shareholder returns.</p>
