<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>　The Company is currently in a growth phase and believes it is important to build up internal reserves to fund business expansion. Since its establishment, the Company has not paid dividends. However, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is also an important management priority. Going forward, we will develop our basic dividend policy by considering the business environment surrounding the Company and balancing internal reserves with profit returns, while strengthening earnings capacity and establishing our business foundation. We intend to use internal reserves effectively as funds to improve future earnings capacity through maintaining and strengthening competitiveness, including through M&A activities.<p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:0pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">　The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that surplus dividends may be paid twice annually—as interim and year-end dividends—and that interim dividends may be implemented by board resolution with August 31 as the record date each year.　The Board of Directors decides on interim dividends, while the General Meeting of Shareholders decides on year-end dividends.

As the company is currently in a growth phase, we prioritize building internal reserves to fund business expansion and have not paid dividends since our establishment. Going forward, we will strengthen our earnings capacity and improve our business foundation while considering the business environment and balancing internal reserves. We plan to effectively utilize internal reserves as funding to maintain and strengthen competitiveness, including through M&A, to improve future earnings. We have established a framework to implement dividends twice annually.
