<h3>3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">　Currently, our company is in a growth phase. We believe that enhancing corporate value over the medium to long term through business expansion and operational efficiency represents the greatest return of profits to our shareholders. For this reason, we are prioritizing the strengthening of our financial foundation through growth investments and retained earnings. At present, we have no plans to pay dividends. We intend to use retained earnings effectively as funds for strengthening our financial position toward long-term stability of our management foundation and for realizing continuous expansion and development of our business.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">　When we do pay dividends, our basic policy is to pay surplus dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. Our articles of incorporation also provide that we may pay interim dividends once per year, and that we may pay surplus dividends on other dates with separately established record dates. Additionally, pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, our articles of incorporation stipulate that the Board of Directors shall be the decision-making body for surplus dividend payments.</p>

<p>As the company is in a growth phase, we prioritize strengthening our financial foundation through growth investments and retained earnings. We currently have no plans to pay dividends. Should we decide to distribute surplus earnings in the future, we will do so once annually as a year-end dividend. We plan to use retained earnings to strengthen our financial position and fund the continuous expansion and development of our business.</p>
