<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
We believe it is important to secure internal reserves necessary for future business development and further strengthening of our financial foundation. We intend to use internal reserves effectively as working capital for recruiting talented personnel and other operational needs, as well as to prepare for anticipated changes in the business environment. While we have not paid dividends since our founding, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority going forward.
Our basic dividend policy going forward is to provide stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders by comprehensively considering our business performance, dividend payout ratio, and the business environment surrounding our company.
When we pay dividends, we plan to implement them twice annually as a basic policy: interim dividends and year-end dividends. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors. Our articles of incorporation stipulate that interim dividends may be paid with August 31 as the record date, as determined by board resolution.
For the current fiscal year, we plan not to pay dividends as we are in a growth phase and prioritize securing the internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position.

Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous returns to shareholders by comprehensively considering our business performance, dividend payout ratio, and business environment. We aim to pay dividends twice per year as a general rule. We plan to use retained earnings for recruiting talented personnel and responding to changes in the business environment.
