<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company recognizes the continuous expansion of corporate value and profit returns to shareholders as important management priorities. However, we believe that allocating retained earnings to strengthen our financial position and develop systems related to service delivery—thereby enabling continuous business growth and expansion—should be our top priority. Accordingly, since our establishment, we have maintained a no-dividend policy.Going forward, our basic dividend policy will prioritize building up retained earnings to strengthen our financial position in the near term. We will then consider returning profits to shareholders while taking into account our operating results, financial condition, and business developments.When we do pay dividends from retained earnings, our basic policy is to implement year-end and interim dividends, as stipulated in our Articles of Incorporation. Regarding dividend payments and other matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, we have stipulated in our Articles of Incorporation that these matters shall be determined by Board of Directors resolution, except where otherwise provided by law.

Our policy prioritizes strengthening our financial position through retained earnings. We will consider returning profits to shareholders while taking into account our business performance, financial condition, and operational developments. When we distribute dividends from surplus earnings, we will implement both year-end and interim dividends as our basic approach.
