<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends while securing internal reserves necessary for strengthening our financial position and expanding our business in the future, taking into account the business environment surrounding us. However, we currently believe that allocating funds to investments for business expansion represents the maximum return of profits to shareholders.
Based on this, our policy for the time being is to build up internal reserves. We plan to use retained earnings effectively as working capital for future growth. At this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.
When we do distribute surplus earnings, we plan to implement year-end dividends once per fiscal year, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. Our articles of incorporation also provide that the board of directors may resolve to pay interim dividends with a record date of the last day of February each year.
Based on the above policy, no dividend has been declared for the current fiscal year.

Our basic dividend policy is to build up retained earnings while maintaining stable dividends. However, we are currently prioritizing business expansion investments, and the timing of dividend implementation remains undecided. We plan to use retained earnings as working capital for future growth. When dividends are paid, we will implement them primarily as year-end dividends, with interim dividends also possible.
