<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
(1) Basic Dividend Policy
The Company recognizes the distribution of profits to shareholders as an important management priority, taking into consideration operating results and financial condition. However, as the Company is currently in a growth phase as of the date of this document, we have prioritized securing internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position. Accordingly, the Company has maintained a no-dividend policy since its founding.
 
(2) Basic Approach to Dividend Frequency in Each Fiscal Year
Going forward, the Company intends to consider profit distributions to shareholders while taking into account operating results and financial condition. However, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing thereof remain undetermined at this time.
 
(3) Dividend Decision Authority
Interim dividends are decided by the Board of Directors, while year-end dividends are decided by the General Shareholders' Meeting.
 
(4) Approach to Dividend Decisions for the Current Fiscal Year and Use of Internal Reserves
In accordance with the policy stated in (1) above, the Company has not paid dividends since its founding and has not implemented any dividend distributions in the current fiscal year. Internal reserves will be utilized as medium- to long-term capital for business expansion.
 
(5) Interim Dividends
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be implemented.

While we recognize the importance of returning profits to shareholders by taking into account our business performance and financial condition, we are currently in a growth phase. We prioritize securing internal reserves to fund future business expansion and strengthen our financial position, and therefore have maintained a no-dividend policy since our founding. We intend to use retained earnings as a medium to long-term source of capital for business expansion.
