<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company is still in a growth phase and views strengthening its financial position and securing competitive advantage as key management priorities. At this time, we believe that building internal reserves and allocating funds to investments that enhance profitability and expand business scale will lead to stable and sustainable profit returns to shareholders in the future. Accordingly, we are not paying dividends in the current fiscal year or at present.
Going forward, we intend to implement profit returns to shareholders while taking into account the financial condition and operating results of each fiscal year. However, our current policy is to build internal reserves and reinvest earnings. Therefore, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing thereof remain undetermined.
When dividends are paid, the basic policy is to conduct year-end dividends once annually, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. The Company's articles of incorporation also provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be implemented by board of directors resolution with November 30 as the reference date each year.

As a company in its growth phase, we currently prioritize strengthening retained earnings and reinvesting in enhanced profitability and business expansion, and therefore do not pay dividends at this time. In the future, we will consider shareholder returns based on our financial condition and business performance, though the timing remains undecided. When we do implement dividends, our basic policy will be to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end.
